If you are living in Norway and you want to get your tent or sleeping bag repaired, you can send them to our repair center in Trondheim. Please be aware that we have the responsibility for your products as soon as we have received them. Packages should therefore be sent with tracking number. Please keep the receipt.

Regarding tent: If only the inner tent / outer tent is damaged, only send this without the poles.
It is important that you attach a note with detailed information about the damage, your name, address, telephone number, email address.
The more information we can get about the damage, the better. Please mark the damaged area with tape/elastic etc. if possbile.
